Today, we go on a guided tour of Athens, we visit to the Acropolis, the crowning beauty and glory of Ancient Athens, the awesome Parthenon, the Propylea, the temple of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion, with its Porch of Maidens. Next, we drive to the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus, the Panathinaikon Stadium (site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896), and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square. Then we drive along Panepistimiou Avenue and view the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, and National Library. Later, you can enjoy free time at Plaka.

Athens to Mykonos by Ferry – Guided walking tour of Mykonos – Paradise Beach

Today, we proceed to the Port of Athens to board the Ferry to Mykonos Island – the most famous Greek island and one of the world’s most popular holiday resorts. The totally whitewashed houses and blue domed Churches fit closely together to form a one of the kind maze of narrow alleys and streets. On arrival, proceed for a walking guided tour of Mykonos: See the Little Venice, Para Portiani, Windmills, Shopping streets. Evening is free to explore beautiful Paradise beach, and a spectacular sunset.

Mykonos to Santorini by High-Speed Ferry – Visit the beautiful city of Fira

Today, after breakfast, we proceed to Mykonos port to take the High-Speed ferry to Santorini. On arrival, we spend some free time at Kamari Beach. Then proceed to Fira, the beautiful capital of the island and the biggest and most cosmopolitan settlement of Santorini. Enjoy some free time at Fira.

Guided tour of Santorini Island – Guided tour of Akrotiri – Santo winery – Visit beautiful village of Megalochori – Prophet Elias Monastery

Today, we proceed on a Guided tour of Santorini Island and guided tour of Akrotiri village. Next we proceed to the Santo winery. Later, we will see the charming Megalochori village, a labyrinth of winding alleys, whitewashed houses, and blue-domed churches with ornate bell towers. Enjoy panoramic view of the whole island village of Pyrgos from Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 567 meters above sea level. Next stop will be the traditional village of Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top.

Ferry to Crete

Today, the morning is free to explore the city on your own. Later we check-out before noon and proceed to the terminal to take a ferry to Crete.

Visit the Island of Spinalonga – Visit Venetian Fortress – Visit town of Agios Nikolaos

After breakfast we will take the boat and we will visit the glorious Venetian fortress at island of Spinalonga. Spinalonga is also known as the “Leper Island”, as that is where lepers from Crete and the rest of Greece were quarantined until 1957. Then we will experience the quintessential luxuries of East Crete by visiting the most photographed landmarks – the town of Agios Nikolaos with its breath-taking ancient lake.

Guided Tour of Heraklion – Guided tour of Knossos – Visit the Museum of Knossos – Ferry to Athens

Today we proceed for Guided tour of Heraklion. Here we will see the unique Venetian monuments which the town offers, such as the Venetian fountain of Morosini, The Basilica of St. Marc, The Venetian Loggia, St. Titos church, the Venetian Port with the Fortress of “Koule”. Next we proceed for a Guided tour of Knossos: an important city in antiquity, which was inhabited continuously from the Neolithic period until the 5th c. AD. Here we visit to the Museum of Knossos. Later in the evening, we proceed to the ferry terminal to proceed towards Athens.
